Each homeowner, upon purchase, is issued a welcoming packet that contains all the rules and regulations as well as By-Laws, Indentures, etc. for them to review and be aware of. It is important that we, as a community, uphold to these to ensure that our community remains one of the best private-gated communities in Jefferson County.
